1980s Patricia Lester ensemble. Blue panné velvet pressed to create a white swirl throughout. Top features a cowl neck with buttons, drop shoulders, Dolman sleeves and a blouson hem. Skirt sits at the waist with an asymmetrical hem. Excellent vintage condition, made in Wales. Fits a size 6-10.
