Antique Ottoman Empire raised warm silver metallic scalloped kaftan border shaped into a flower design with an ornate silver sequin-work embroidered flower in the center on Blush Pink velvet. Hand trimmed with vintage silver metallic cording, knotted in the corners.  Down filled.
