Antique European raised gold metallic embroidery of a Neoclassical wreath with acorns taken from a banner dated 1882. Hand stitched to Chartreuse velvet and framed with antique gold metallic galon.  Hand trimmed with vintage gold metallic cording, knotted in the corners.  Down filled.
